Truth Center for Health and Healing is a practice where we help clients to become their full authentic self. We work collaboratively with clients to build treatment around their goals for therapy, using a trauma-informed lens that asks not what’s wrong with you, but rather, what happened to you?
My Background and Approach
Hi I am Lavonda Handy, LMFT, owner and therapist of Truth Center for Health and Healing. We are practice of diverse women on many different levels working towards helping our client's to connect with themselves in others. We use a family systems approach that explores not just the individual but the systems that exist around them along with the impact these systems have on the individual. Our goal is to support our clients to heal from any past or current traumas and connect deeply with themselves and others.
