Are you feeling like you are having trouble identifying your emotions? Like you find yourself coping in ways that don't seem to be helping you? We can work together to identify your emotions, gain insight into what your triggers might be and find your voice so you can be empowered to grow in your journey towards healing. I specifically enjoy working with couples, teens, and families to regulate emotions and create safety in relationships.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help my clients feel more in control of what is happening for them. Through trauma-informed approaches and attachment theory, I help clients to gain insight about how past events and experiences play into the present. This gives my clients a sense of understanding that can lead to growth and feeling more connected in this world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all longing to be loved, seen and known. My desire is to create a space for my clients to experience such safety and acceptance that they can go out into the world knowing their inherent worth and dignity.
