About My Clients
Trauma shows up in unexpected ways and is often an underlying factor and/or outcome in several unwanted feelings and behaviors. Add neurodiversity in an unaccommodating world and it's a recipe for internalized shame and/or disempowerment. I work with clients to uncover their own best assets and add tools for internal agency. Quality of Life improvements can typically be seen within 1-3 months.
My Background and Approach
I value alternative and indigenous ways of knowing and value the tools given to us by our Ancestors. I am an Activist, Podcaster (Clouded Compass Podcast), Course Creator, Author, Entrepreneur and Coach. Currently a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Formerly Certified as Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider; Clinical Trauma Provider, Addictions Informed Mental Health Provider, Compassion Fatigue, Human Rights Consultant and Diabetes Educator. I also offer ADHD/Autism Assessments for Adults and Immigration Psychological Evaluations. I specialize in post-traumatic growth strategies, and neuro-affirming strengths based treatment while utilizing a Harm Reduction approach towards healing. My work is informed by multiple modalities, spiritual and cultural influences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value individuality and diversity of treatment. All utilized modalities are individualized within a trauma-focused, neuro-affirming and harm reduction lens in order to meet the client where they are at in the change process. It is important to me that my clients begin to uncover the strengths that lie within and are empowered to begin experiencing life in a new way. Gender and Sexuality friendly.
