How would you experience your life if you could? Help is here. Unique and unusual experiences are respected and understood. People of many backgrounds are helped. Some struggle privately. Others turn to family and friends but end up more perplexed or hurt. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with you who experience hurt with unexpected life experience. In initial sessions we explore what happened and how you are affected. Next, we map a plan for receiving facilitation to release current feeling and thought cycles. You are guided to new feelings and thoughts that serve you. Most clients feel a lighter in first sessions, followed by deep lasting change. Acknowledgement of experiences you had, and you is healing. Allowing feeling leads contentment and better life circumstances. You can say yes or no to modalities: EMDR, IFS, narrative-shifting, hypnotherapy, somatic based therapy, art-movement-vocal-role play therapy, and miracle coaching.
