I am passionate about helping clients to relieve suffering, build resilience, and pursue wellness. My Background and Approach
With my caring and gentle nature, I will create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to express yourself freely. I will work collaboratively with you, exploring your issues and working toward the achievement of your goals. Having worked as an educator for over 20 years, I bring life experience to my second career in mental health counseling. Additionally, I have worked as a yoga instructor for the past decade, offering workshops on yoga for anxiety and depression. I love learning, and I will do all I can to understand your story, support you in your healing, and guide you toward a more fulfilling life.
