I think of therapy as a creative and collaborative process that allows for a deeper, more integrated sense of oneself to emerge over time.
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Los Angeles, CA
I identify as queer, and work with clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations. I work with people who are questioning their sexual orientation, and who have a more fluid understanding of their attractions as well.
I work with clients to better understand the way your attachment styles impact the significant relationships in your life. I believe that we are all capable of different attachment orientations (sometimes at the same time) and I help clients recognize the way historic relational patterns impact impact them today.
I am non-binary and GNC and work with clients with all gender identities. Be it exploring transitioning, working through relationship changes related to gender, or simply diversifying your understanding of yourself and your gender identities, my office is a space for exploration and experimentation.
Therapy is a very particular kind of relationship, but a relationship none the less. Sometimes dynamics and patterns you experience outside of therapy will find their way into therapy too. This creates a perfect opportunity to work through whatever feelings may be coming up in the moment and to explore them in real time to create deeper understanding and change.
I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and that the things you feel are most important to discuss are what will guide our therapeutic work together.
