My Background and Approach
We use the most effective and efficient mind-body interventions including EMDR, TFT, Hypnosis, Brain Spotting, ACT, DBT, NLP, CBT, and Positive Psychology. These interventions irradicate old belief systems and experiences which are holding the back in life. Clients feel free and empowered. We often work with clients where traditional talk therapy has failed to help them reach their goals..
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
After an initial assessment, we will discuss what goals you would like to accomplish as well as which mind-body interventions will be most effective in accomplishing our goals. We work together as a team. A non judgement zone is provided so you can feel safe. Most clients notice a significant improvement soon after beginning therapy because the interventions we use are the most efficient/efficacious.
