I am a level 1 Trained Gottman Therapist. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I have been incorporating Gottman Method interventions and strategies into my work with couples since 2008.

I have been a student of the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) principles since 2018. I have taken over 50 hours of advanced continuing education coursework on PACT and in attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and arousal regulation.

I have 14 years experience working with couples of in non-traditional relationship types (i.e. open, polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous). I have advanced clinical training in Polyamory and Kink Life Styles. I believe all relationship types are valid and deserve support toward relational health and success. I am also listed in the Poly Friendly Professionals Directory.

I am committed to helping clients of all genders, sexual identities, and expressions feel not only safe but truly respected. I have been working with individuals and couples that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community since 2008. I have advanced training in working Systemically with Nonbinary Clients, Sensate Focus Mindful Touch, Competencies in Family Therapy with Transgender Clients, and Work with LGBTQIA+ clients.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist by training and practice. Since 2008 my primary work is in support of relational health with experience in use of strategies proven to reduce conflict and increase fondness in your relationship. Issues include: intimacy, blended families, infidelity, divorce, premarital therapy, co-parenting, sex, partner addiction support, pornography and chronic illness.
