About My Clients
You carry the stories of trauma, loss, and pain that your patients endure- and it's starting to take a toll. You feel disconnected from the parts of your life that once brought you joy. Even though you keep showing up and doing your best at work, you know your wellbeing is suffering. You care so deeply about the patients you serve, and that can make it hard to ask for support yourself. Together, we'll build space for rest, boundaries, and practices that help you recharge.
My Background and Approach
Working with me means having a space where you can finally take a deep breath and slow down. I offer a compassionate nonjudgmental space for nurses navigating anxiety, burnout, and compassion fatigue. Together, we will look at all the areas of your life- how work, relationships, and busy schedules-affect your wellbeing. We'll explore the challenges that make your job so heavy and talk through realistic ways to approach them differently. My approach focuses on creating small, doable steps that lead to meaningful change in your life. I am trained in research based methods that help manage chronic stress, understand your thinking patterns, and build a deeper sense of self. Together, we'll decide on your goals and choose approaches that fit you best, so therapy feels supportive and effective for your unique needs. Learn more about how I work on my website.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Often, we arrive at therapy thinking all our problems are personal failures. But I don't believe this. This truth is, the struggles that bring you therapy aren't always about what is happening within you. Our communities, relationships, and work shape how we feel and who we believe we can be. That is why we will work together to look at the bigger picture- how the world around you impacts your mental health. Because healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when we make sense of your broader experiences together.
