About My Clients
I work well with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, or substance use concerns. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward. They may come from difficult family environments or have experienced past trauma that continues to affect their present. My ideal client is someone who is open to self-exploration and motivated to make meaningful changes, even if they feel unsure where to begin.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based techniques to help clients develop practical tools while also exploring deeper patterns and experiences. I believe healing happens in a safe, authentic relationship, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel respected and understood. As a counselor-in-training working toward LPC and LCDC licensure, I am committed to ongoing learning, supervision, and ethical practice. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.
