About My Clients

I work with adults and couples seeking support through life transitions, relationship challenges, and times of uncertainty. My specialty lies in supporting individuals and couples through their journey into parenthood. I specialize in helping new parents experiencing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and rage; couples adjusting to life after baby; and those navigating fertility challenges or loss. Whatever chapter you're in, I provide a calm space to process these experiences together.

My Background and Approach

Life's big changes can feel overwhelming when you're carrying them alone. I create a warm, judgment-free space where you can finally set down all those thoughts and feelings you've been holding inside - think of our time together as your breathing room to explore and make sense of your journey. For couples, I help you understand those frustrating patterns that keep showing up (you know, the ones that make you think "here we go again"). Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, we'll move past surface conflicts to rebuild deeper connections and help you find your way back to each other. With specialized training from Postpartum Support International, I walk alongside new parents navigating the emotional terrain of building their family. Whether you're adjusting to your new normal or strengthening your partnership, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded and connected.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe the journey into parenthood is one of life's most profound transitions - filled with joy and wonder, but also with unexpected challenges and complex emotions. The path from pregnancy through postpartum isn't just about welcoming a baby - it's about becoming a new version of yourself, reshaping relationships, and navigating an identity shift that can feel both beautiful and overwhelming. I believe no one should have to navigate the peaks and valleys of the perinatal period alone. Having support during this time isn't a luxury - it's essential. It's about having someone in your corner who can normalize your experience, hold space for all your feelings (even the ones that feel scary to say out loud), and help you find solid ground when everything feels shifting and new.
