About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the pressures of balancing work, family, and personal growth. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and want practical tools for nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. My approach is especially helpful for those interested in holistic, body-based, and integrative therapy.
My Background and Approach
I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist and Master of Social Work (MSW) intern at the University of Michigan, where I am training in evidence-based and integrative approaches to mental health care. My work is informed by somatic and body-based perspectives, with a focus on nervous system regulation, stress, anxiety, and trauma. This allows me to help clients better understand how stress and emotions show up in the body and to develop practical skills for feeling more grounded and regulated in daily life. Through my clinical training, I support adults and families experiencing stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I use a holistic and strengths-based approach to help clients build resilience, improve self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered.
