I am a relational therapist who has struggled with similar challenges as my clients. I specialize in helping individuals and couples through holistic, integrative, and evidence-based styles such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and others to help you understand your anxiety, relational patterns and get you unstuck.
