About My Clients
Do you often feel like you're not sure where you fit into the world, whether it's due to neurodivergence, gender, or sexuality? Do you struggle with understanding a world that is full of systems that don't honor the unique person you are, and the challenges you have? Therapy is typically a place for working through issues of anxiety, depression, and trauma, but these things can stem from systems that don't work for us. My Background and Approach
I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, and I believe that you are the expert on your own life; I'm here to help you build more skills to thrive the way you want to, and live authentically. I have the ability to provide assessment and WPATH letters for trans clients seeking gender affirming care and am happy to do so.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a neuordivergent therapist, you can expect a compassionate and creative environment to dig into deeper issues, so that you can cope better with life’s stresses, and work through challenges. As stated, I believe you are the expert on your life, so if something isn't working for you in therapy, we can collaborate to find better methods!
