About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I especially enjoy working with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, trust, infidelity recovery, and the intersection of money and relationships. I also work with individuals experiencing life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and financial stress. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Financial Therapist who brings a relational and whole-person perspective to therapy. My background includes working with individuals and couples around relationship concerns, communication, trust, infidelity recovery, life transitions, and financial stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe that what brings you to therapy is often connected to deeper patterns—how you learned to communicate, cope, attach, manage conflict, and make meaning of your experiences. Rather than simply focusing on the problem in front of you, I help you explore the patterns underneath it and identify healthier ways forward. I have specialized training in Restoration Therapy and Relational Life Therapy, and I incorporate these perspectives when appropriate. As a Certified Financial Therapist, I also have a particular interest in the emotional and relational side of money, including financial conflict and infidelity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what is really happening in your life without feeling judged or having to have everything figured out before you arrive. I value authenticity, compassion, personal responsibility, and the belief that meaningful change is possible. As a therapist, I am especially interested in the connections between our relationships, emotions, experiences, and financial lives. Money can carry so much meaning—security, freedom, shame, success, fear, love, and even conflict—and I enjoy helping clients explore those deeper layers. Outside of therapy, I value family, faith, community, learning, and serving others. I enjoy conversations that go beyond the surface and believe some of the most important growth happens when we are willing to become curious about ourselves and our patterns.
