About My Clients
My clients are women and femmes who are seeking more than tools to deal with symptoms. While I certainly introduce tools and techniques to support your healing, my goal is for them to be lifelong skills that leave you feeling empowered when faced with life's twists and turns. My sessions incorporate techniques for relaxing the body, talk therapy for stimulating the mind, and rituals for connecting with the soul. My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and spiritual seeker. I offer talk therapy for mental health and life concerns, as well as reiki sessions and therapy with yoga and other somatic techniques integrated. I obtained my master's degree in counseling from Regis University in 2014, and my 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher Certificate the same year. I have studied the body in depth and integrate yoga, shamanic healing, energy work, womb healing, heart awakening, and ritual into my private practice. I have apprenticed under a flower essence practitioner, trained in Womb Awakening, and completed a Water Priestess course to help women embody their Divine Feminine Essence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have traveled the world and experienced healing through many different cultural lenses. Divine Reality (the name of my practice) is symbolic of the search for harmony, peace, and return to the Holy Spirit within. My practice provides a healing space to explore the human experience and integrate its wisdom. My calling to step into my purpose as a healer came when I passed through my own healing. I began searching and experiencing a variety of modalities that shifted my mind, body, and soul. These tools and studies brought clarity to the importance of the up's, down's, in's, and out's we move through in life. I felt called to bring this medicine forward and Divine Reality was born.
