About My Clients
I have experience working with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, and have a particular passion and clinical expertise working with individuals experiencing prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety disorders and I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Additionally, I have experience working with individuals around disordered eating (specifically binge eating) and weight management. I can also complete psychiatric clearance for bariatric and metabolic surgery.
My Background and Approach
I believe every individual has their own unique story to tell, learn, and grow from. I meet each of my clients with warmth and compassion, providing a non-judgmental, empathetic space for you to further explore and process whatever you may be going through. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and create a personalized plan. My therapeutic approach incorporates aspects of my training and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practice.
