About My Clients
I specialize in the areas of anxiety disorders, sleep issues, stress management, elderly and women's issues as well as overall wellness. In addition I can provide basic spiritual guidance while in training and referrals to already certified Shamanic healers.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate of Long Island University where I received my Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I received my post graduate experience in Florida in community health centers, hospitals, substance rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities and private practice. I am an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in the state of Florida. My approach is based in cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies. I greatly look forward to helping you on your journey to reach your goals, find solutions and achieve more balance in your life.
