About My Clients
I see clients anywhere from 8 to 60 on Telehealth and pride myself on person-centered therapy, mindfulness, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy. The first couple sessions with a client are to accurately diagnose and see if we are the correct fit as client and clinician. My goal is to help you find the best version of yourself by having hard conversations about who you were.
My Background and Approach
I got my bachelor’s in psychology from CWU, with a minor in ASL, and my master’s in social work from Fordham University. I applied for my LSWAIC in August and got approved and my business started in mid-December, 2023. Because I have an associate licensure, this means that I am under supervision from an LICSW who reviews my notes, case load, and answers any questions I have about my practice. I use a Dialectical Behavioral Approach as well as a Cognitive Behavioral approach to my practice. Through person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, I believe everyone has the capacity to become the version of themselves they want to see.
