About My Clients
I work with motivated couples who are excited about their future together and just don't know what they don't know. Premarital couples are looking to go from great to #goals and understand the value of investing in the most important thing in their lives- their relationship.
My Background and Approach
I've curated my practice to exclusively offer relational wellness services because I am passionate about preventative care. During my postgraduate studies, I specialized in relational systems. I then spent the first five years of my career working with complex, high-conflict families in order to better understand interpersonal dynamics and how they get off track. I provide concentrated, short-term services from a solution-focused psychoeducational lens and systemic theoretical orientation.
