I work with clients of all ages and abilities to strengthen social connections, executive functioning, and real-world life skills, always centering each person’s goals, identity, and communication style. I believe people deserve to be celebrated as they are, not pressured to mask or conform.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, a certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD), and a Student Mental Health Specialist certification from IBCCES.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to coaching in the areas of autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, social skills, dating, relationships, and marriage, friendship building and maintenance, life transitions, problem solving, self-awareness, self-esteem, perspective taking, college planning, academic support, job hunting, resume building, interview prep, money management and budgeting, independent living, establishing healthy habits and routines, nutrition, exercise, calendar-keeping, career development, transition, and job maintenance. I use role play and real-life examples and reflections to help provide my clients with useful, practice, and applicable tools to help them achieve their desired goals for themselves.
