Are you struggling with feeling unmotivated, anxious or sad? These are all difficult feelings but you don’t have to go through them alone! Therapy is a place to express feelings, gain insight, and learn coping skills to help fight these unwanted feelings. I believe clients are their own experts, and I am here to help facilitate healing.
My Background and Approach
I am an integrated therapist who uses a variety of therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy. I am passionate about helping others and assisting clients throughout their journey to heal by creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable. Building rapport is the first key element for clients to benefit the most from therapy. When working with kids, I utilize play and art therapy techniques. I have experience in domestic violence, community mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, life changes, stress management, anger management, codependency, relationship concerns, behavioral concerns, coping skills, and self-esteem.
