About My Clients
Most of my clients have become experts at anticipating others needs while abandoning their own. I focus on healing through relationships by focusing on how to build security and authenticity in ourselves. This allows us to better utilize our relationships for resilience and healing.
My Background and Approach
I predominantly use CBT, DBT, Somatic, Mindfulness, and IFS therapy modalities. Behavioral therapies allows us to implement changes to behavior keeping us stuck. I use bottom up approaches focusing on connecting to the body for healing to connect to our past and present experiences more fully. This helps to better understand our triggers and ways of coping.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe joy is an act of resistance. I’m honored to be a part of whatever the fight looks like for you because we all deserve to find peace in this life.
