About My Clients
Do you ever find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t feel helpful anymore? Are you navigating a big life change and/or relationship shifts? Maybe you’re struggling with self-esteem or pressure to meet others’ expectations. Whether you’re feeling hesitant or ready to dive in, you’ve already taken an important step. My goals are to validate your experiences, offer a safe, judgment-free space, and help you work through whatever you bring into our therapy space.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about working with kids (8+), teens, young adults, and adults who are going through life and relationship changes, feeling anxious, or are stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My clients often come into therapy looking for a space to feel seen and supported. Together, we explore what feels heavy, build on strengths, and find ways to feel more grounded. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology (with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy). My background includes experience in community mental health, schools, and private practice, which allows me to support clients through a wide range of challenges and life stages. In my work with clients, I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a safe, affirming space where you don’t have to hide the parts of yourself that feel complicated or tender. I value authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I care deeply about creating an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I’m committed to honoring your unique story and respecting the cultural, spiritual, and personal values that shape who you are. I also believe in the strength of human connection, how being truly seen can help us heal and grow. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I strive to provide a space where you don’t have to go through it alone.
