We shape the narrative of our lives through our words, and often those narratives are outdated and hold us back from the life we are longing for, one full of love, connection, and peace. Instead of letting them control you, you have the power to change your story. We will break old patterns and narratives, and replace them with ones that feel true to you. I blend attachment theory with EMDR therapy to help you step into your power. By understanding how early relationships and trauma shape your beliefs, we will uncover and heal patterns that may be holding you back. I honor your autonomy and uniqueness, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the power to change and grow at any moment in their lives. I understand the positive impacts that therapy can bring to ones life. As a child, I was in therapy for many years overcoming anxiety and working through unhealthy family dynamics. Through my own therapy, I learned how to step into my confidence and power, feeling confident to face any challenge that comes my way. We all have our own path to walk, but I am here to guide and support you in your unique journey.
