About My Clients
My clients are often late-diagnosed or self-identified ADHD and Autistic moms who have spent years masking, overthinking, and feeling like they're either too much or not enough. They're navigating motherhood, burnout, sensory overwhelm, and the pressure to meet everyone's needs while losing sight of their own. They're ready to better understand themselves, embrace their neurodivergence, and create a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy. I specialize in supporting late-diagnosed and self-identified ADHD and Autistic adults, particularly moms navigating the complexities of motherhood, identity, burnout and unmasking. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy and trauma-informed approaches. I believe therapy isn't about fixing who you are, but understanding yourself more deeply and learning to work with your brain rather than against it. Together, we'll explore patterns, build self-compassion, strengthen nervous system regulation, and develop practical strategies that actually fit your life. My style is warm, genuine, and down to earth, with room for humor, curiosity and the messy realities of being a human. You don't have to mask or have it all figured out here.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to feel understood, accepted, and valued for who they truly are. So many neurodivergent women have spent their lives trying to fit into expectations that were never designed with their needs in mind. I don't believe the goal of therapy is to make you better at masking or fitting in. It's about discovering what feels authentic, sustainable and meaningful to you. I believe self-understanding is powerful, that our nervous systems deserve compassion rather than criticism , and there is no-one right way to experience motherhood or navigate life. I value curiosity over judgement, connections over perfection, and progress that honors your individual needs. Above all, I believe you can love your family deeply and still feel overwhelmed by motherhood. You can embrace your neurodivergence while acknowledging its challenges. And you deserve a space where you don't have to explain, minimize or apologize for who you are.
