About My Clients
I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, attachment wounds, and identity shifts. Especially those carrying pain quietly and trying to make sense of life after something important has changed.
My Background and Approach
My work is focused on grief across the spectrum, including ambiguous loss and diagnosis-related grief, as well as men’s mental health. I support people who may be carrying a lot through silence, overwork, irritability, distance, or emotional shutdown rather than having clear words for what hurts. My approach is compassionate, trauma-effective, and neuro-affirming. I integrate both talk therapy and art therapy depending on what feels most supportive, and I also offer Brainspotting for clients who want a focused, body-based way to work with trauma, grief, overwhelm, or patterns that still feel stuck beneath the surface. You do not need art experience or the perfect words to begin.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m an outdoorsy person who values honesty, connection, and a down-to-earth approach to healing. I tend to tell it straight, and I believe therapy works best when it feels real, collaborative, and focused on what will actually help you feel better. I take a whole-body approach, which means I’m interested in more than just what’s happening in your thoughts. I want to understand your nervous system, your relationships, your habits, your stress, and how your emotional world may be showing up in your body and daily life. My goal is to help you look at the full picture and work through things from every angle we can, so you can get to a better, more grounded place.
