About My Clients
I have worked with clients who have experienced the following: anxiety, depression, panic disorder, bipolar, personality disorders, hoarding, dementia, autism, trauma, substance use disorders, suicidal ideations, and homelessness. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with geriatric clients 65+ and their caregivers experiencing stress and burnout. I have also worked with diverse multinational and LGBTQ+ clients.
My Background and Approach
I am currently accepting Medicaid, Optum, Dean, and United insurances. As of March 2024, I am pending approval for Medicare, Anthem, BCBS, and CCHP. As soon as I am approved, I will update this list. In sessions, I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and validation therapy techniques.
