Not able to set boundaries, not yet understanding the power of a positive "no!," (aka relational codependency), emotionally meshed with others, older teens looking for guidance & understanding, and peri-partum women finding themselves navigating a whole new world. That is who walks through my door and who I thrive in treating.
My Background and Approach
I am active in therapy, we will have reciprocal dialogue and active steps towards healing. I am trained in CBT and DBT, which is mindfulness based with active skill building to work through life's traumas and difficulties.
