About My Clients
I know life can feel overwhelming, especially when facing infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or major transitions. I understand the emotional weight of motherhood, so I understand how isolating and painful it can be at times. I’m passionate about helping women navigate these complex seasons with support, clarity, and compassion. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to find your footing again, you deserve care that honors your story.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in women’s mental health, including infertility, perinatal and postpartum transitions, anxiety, trauma, and general life stressors. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and collaborative techniques. For clients wanting a spiritual lens, I also offer Christian counseling. Therapy is tailored to your needs and goals. With over 12 years of experience in women’s health, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women through some of life’s most personal and challenging seasons. So many women are suffering quietly—navigating struggles with their health, the complex emotions of motherhood, identity shifts, and major life transitions—all while trying to keep everything together. I believe that every woman deserves a safe, supportive space where she can be heard, seen, and understood without judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You don’t have to navigate this alone (even if you're used to being the one who holds it all together). Therapy is a powerful step toward healing, and I’d be honored to support you. Together, we’ll work to ease the weight you’re carrying, build tools for lasting change, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that may be buried under laundry, expectations, or just sheer exhaustion. I’ve personally faced the rollercoaster of infertility, loss, and currently on the wild ride of motherhood. I’ve been a stay-at-home mom and a working mom, both equally rewarding and exhausting in their own ways. So when I say I get how complex and overwhelming life can feel, I get it. These experiences have deepened my compassion for women who are “going through it”—whatever it may be. You deserve a space where you can exhale, be heard, maybe even laugh a little and begin to feel like you again. If you're ready to feel more grounded and supported, I’d love to walk alongside you.
