About My Clients
Life can be hard! And it oftentimes leaves us feeling anxious, defeated and alone. I am here to help you navigate and process the mental, emotional and relational chaos you're experiencing. It's time to create space for you to heal past and/or present wounds and begin to discover your true, authentic self; all while cultivating practices to ensure that when life gets hard, and let's be real-- it will, you are able to embrace the uncertainty and discomfort with laughter, peace and joy.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed associate Marriage and Family therapist. I have training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy®, an integrative, trauma-informed model of therapy that utilizes attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic techniques and cognitive therapy when working with clients. I take a holistic approach to therapy understanding and valuing the connection between our mind, body and spirit. My clinical experience has been working with women and children struggling with addiction, anxiety, attachment wounds, depression, grief, PTSD and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy working with women and children from diverse cultural backgrounds. I intentionally create a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space for everyone to feel seen, heard and known. I believe therapy is sacred work, and it would be my privilege and honor to embark on this journey together.
