Many are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or internal pressure to “hold it all together.” They’re self-aware and motivated, but need support turning insight into meaningful change. I work best with clients who are ready to engage in the process, show up consistently, and take an active role in their growth.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience in both private practice and organizational wellness settings, supporting individuals navigating stress, burnout, and high-demand environments. My approach is intentional, practical, and results-oriented. I work with clients who are ready to actively engage in the process—not just talk, but apply what we discuss outside of session. Together, we focus on insight, accountability, and building real-life strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. I value consistency, honesty, and forward movement, and I aim to create a space that is both supportive and purposeful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with action. Therapy is a space for honesty, accountability, and growth—not perfection, but progress. I value integrity, personal responsibility, and creating a life that feels aligned rather than overwhelming. I’m passionate about supporting individuals in high-stress roles and life transitions, and I believe mental health care should be both accessible and practical. Outside of my work, I value balance, personal growth, and living with intention—principles I also bring into the therapy space.
