About My Clients

I work with teens, adults, caregivers, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, AuDHD, substance use, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity exploration, perfectionism, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and challenges with family, work, or school. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences so you can respond to them with greater clarity, flexibility, and self-understanding.

My Background and Approach

I am a Postdoctoral Psychologist with experience working in school, clinical, and community settings with teens and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My work is grounded in a relational, insight-oriented approach that helps clients better understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape their lives. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, somatic and nervous-system-based interventions, and attachment-informed principles, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe that healing begins with making sense of your experiences, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and supported as you build greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people make sense. Even the thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that feel confusing often have a story behind them. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong" with you, I'm interested in understanding how your experiences, relationships, and environment have shaped the way you move through the world today. I value curiosity over judgment and believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, genuine, and grounded in trust. My goal is to create a space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, respected. I welcome people from diverse identities, cultures, beliefs, and family structures and strive to provide care that is affirming, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person's unique experiences. Outside of my clinical work, I remain actively involved in the recovery community and am passionate about supporting individuals as they build meaningful, values-driven lives. I also enjoy mentoring college students as they navigate career decisions/ professional identity.
