About My Clients
I work with clients of a wide age spectrum, ages 14-99. We work together on the underlying causes that are creating anxiety, depression, and disruption of connection to oneself and to others. Creating a sense of balance and peace in one's life is the overall goal.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients in a safe, collaborative space to determine what goals are most important for each person. Because we all come from different paths in life, my treatment approach varies greatly depending on who is in front of me, and what makes sense for that individual. I aim to provide a comfortable space and open dialogue with all of my clients. I believe it's important to let therapy unfold at a pace that...flows. It takes time to untangle the patterns we have created, along with healing from our wounds. I feel it is best to honor that time, however long it takes, as it is incredibly important in creating a strong foundation for what a healthy life looks and feels like for each of us.
