About My Clients
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who appear to be managing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface. They may struggle with ADHD, executive functioning, perfectionism, emotional regulation, stress, or major life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults and women navigating midlife and perimenopause and providing clarity and direction.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with more than a decade of experience providing psychological assessment, therapy, and mental health programming across private practice, hospital, research, and U.S. government settings. My background includes extensive work within the intelligence community supporting individuals in complex, high-pressure environments. My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, and insight-oriented strategies, while tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, identify patterns, build on your strengths, and develop realistic strategies to help you feel more confident, connected, and intentional in your life.
