About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD (especially in women), depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, and mild OCD. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like themselves. Whether you're exploring a diagnosis for the first time or seeking a new provider who truly listens, I offer a warm, collaborative approach. My goal is to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in both emergency medicine and outpatient mental health. I earned my master’s degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions and trained in settings that emphasized thoughtful, holistic care. My background allows me to bring a calm, grounded approach to even the most overwhelming symptoms. I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD (particularly in women), depression, panic disorder, and mild OCD. Before outpatient practice, I worked at Salem Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in crisis care and collaborative treatment. I deeply understand how anxiety can affect daily functioning, relationships, and your overall quality of life. While medications can be helpful, they aren’t the only answer. I take a comprehensive approach that considers the full picture. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can explore what works best for you and help you start feeling better.
