My Background and Approach
Our clinicians at Daisy + Co. Therapy are trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT-informed care, with experience supporting clients through anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and life transitions. We work with individuals who want therapy that is not only supportive, but also practical and effective in day-to-day life. Our approach is collaborative, warm, and goal-oriented. We focus on helping clients build skills to manage emotions, improve focus, navigate relationships, and feel more grounded. Sessions are tailored to each person, balancing insight with actionable tools so you can make meaningful, sustainable changes. We offer both in-person therapy in Philadelphia and virtual sessions across Pennsylvania, and we work with several insurance plans to make care more accessible.
