My Background and Approach
As a hypnotherapist that has trained in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), I combine various therapeutic modalities, including hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). This holistic approach allows for a comprehensive understanding and treatment of issues at multiple levels, addressing the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aspects of the individual's experience. By integrating different modalities, RTT offers a well-rounded and adaptable approach tailored to the individual's specific needs.
