About My Clients
I help clients navigate depression, stress, low self-esteem, and anxiety tied to daily life or relationships. My clients are ready to dig deep, uncover what’s holding them back, and embrace new ways of thinking and living. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, I help them build confidence, develop healthier coping tools, and take meaningful steps toward creating a more balanced, fulfilling, and empowered life they truly deserve.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals navigating difficult experiences such as trauma, abuse, neglect, ADHD, adoption and foster care challenges, LGBTQ+ topics, self-esteem struggles, as well as issues like anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches—including Psychodynamic Theory, CBT, DBT, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Theory—to tailor my work to each person’s unique needs. I'm formally trained in DBT, CBT, adoption competency and play therapy techniques.
