I focus on helping women and young adults work through disordered eating, women's issues, and other therapists. I can relate to the the mental and physical fatigue that takes over when trying to hold it all together. The safe place I create allows you to decompress and to feel genuinely seen and heard.

Every person who walks into my office has a unique story to process through. This is why I conduct therapy with a judgement free and collaborative approach to allow sessions to be tailored to your individual needs. I’m transparent with clients, so what you see is what you get! I believe in the power of humor and the use of cuss words in therapy!
