About My Clients

I work best with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressures of perfectionism or people-pleasing. I support clients in building self-awareness, confidence, and healthier boundaries. My ideal clients are ready to explore their emotions in a warm, collaborative space and are seeking deeper connection with themselves and others as they move through important life changes.

My Background and Approach

Do you struggle with anxiety, past trauma, or challenging family dynamics that affect your daily life and relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward and find clarity? Many people face these struggles and wonder if life can feel lighter and more manageable. At Aisle Talk, I offer a holistic, compassionate approach tailored to your unique needs. We start by understanding where you are now and the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and insights to support your personal growth and emotional well-being. I create a safe, inclusive space grounded in empathy, curiosity, and cultural awareness so you feel truly heard and understood. Helping you feel more connected to yourself and empowered in your life is my passion. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and self-discovery, I invite you to book a free consultation. Let’s begin this journey together. Supervisor: Farzana Rahman (347) 480-1015

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where people of all identities feel safe and supported. I believe mental health care should be accessible, culturally responsive, and grounded in empathy. I'm an LGBTQ+ ally and support movements for racial and social justice. I care deeply about reducing stigma around therapy and advocating for emotional wellness, especially for those navigating perfectionism, life transitions, and the pressure to always have it all together. I value curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to honor each person’s unique story and lived experience. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel empowered, connected, and supported as they explore their inner world and grow into their most authentic self.
