Going it alone hasn’t been working. You are starting to wonder if therapy could help you stop struggling and start enjoying your life.
My Background and Approach
I became a licensed psychologist and a certified prolonged exposure therapist because I know what it’s like to struggle without a clear sense of how to move forward. I’ve spent the last several years helping people learn how to move through difficult experiences and cultivate meaningful, joyful lives. Therapy will involve empathy, compassion, and plenty of humor as we work together to get you where you want to go. I don’t have all the answers, but I can guide you through the process of living in the now instead of being stuck in memories of the past or worrying about the future. Life doesn’t have to continue to feel so overwhelming.
