About My Clients
My ideal clients are children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or challenges with emotional regulation. I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and those who express themselves best through creativity and hands-on activities. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and discover new ways to heal and grow—especially when words aren't enough.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Mount Mary University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, integrating art therapy with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up as yourself without fear of judgment. I enjoy incorporating creativity, hands-on activities, and practical tools to help clients explore emotions, develop coping skills, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Whether we use art, conversation, or a combination of approaches, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel empowered throughout your journey. When words aren't enough, creativity can open new pathways to understanding and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My goal is to provide an inclusive, judgment-free, and affirming space where people feel safe exploring their experiences and identities. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and trans-positive, and I believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, and compassionate care. I am passionate about mental health awareness, neurodiversity, and trauma-informed care. I recognize that healing looks different for everyone and believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth. I strive to meet each person with curiosity, empathy, and respect for their unique strengths, needs, and lived experiences. I believe creativity can be a powerful tool for self-expression, emotional exploration, and healing, especially when words are difficult to find. Above all, I value collaboration, empowerment, and helping people feel understood as they build confidence,
