About My Clients
Clients who I work best with are folks seeking support in the areas of neurodivergence, trauma, attachment, grief and loss, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships. In addition, if you're looking for a relational therapist who balances depth and humor- we might be a good fit!
My Background and Approach
My approach is primarily relational, focusing on creating a strong therapeutic relationship. This involves developing a safe and inclusive environment where you feel comfortable and empowered to learn about yourself, explore patterns, practice skills, and process your stressors. As a social worker, working from an anti-oppressive and trauma-responsive lens is integral to my practice. I believe that systems have a direct impact on our mental health. I also utilize a neuro-affirming approach, which includes identifying and celebrating neurodivergent folks' unique strengths and abilities to increase self-acceptance and autonomy. I tailor therapeutic modalities to your unique needs, which may include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
