About My Clients

Are at a cross road in your relationship? Have you experienced a recent transition in your life? Do you feel stuck in a cycle? Lets explore communication styles, identify boundaries and highlight strengths to support you to move forward in your relationships. How we engage in our relationships can be impacted by previous patterns that have been learned over a lifetime. I strive to create a space where we can uncover those patterns and provide tools to help support you and your partnership.

My Background and Approach

I believe in helping clients though a collaborative therapeutic approach that supports the needs of each unique case. Understanding that the therapeutic relationship is one built on a foundation of trust, and a respect for the clients personal and cultural values. I believe in providing an embodied approach to therapy; connecting the mind, body and spirit.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to delivering therapy that is rooted in social justice. I believe that our social identities have an impact on the way we move through the world. As a White, Latinx, Cis-gender Woman I have felt the complexity of intersecting identities. I strive to provide an environment that welcomes all of your social identities into space. They are what have helped shaped you into the person you are today.
