About My Clients
Constant battle between your head and your heart? Feeling like there are so many things you should be doing or that you are doing wrong? I believe those persistent discomforts come from a missed connection between our thoughts and our bodily sensations. When we learn patterns and behaviors that encourage this disconnection, we are not able to meet our goals entirely. I offer the opportunity to explore experiences and patterns to address this and adjust accordingly. I look forward to connecting!
