About My Clients

My clients are couples and individuals who want to communicate better, feel more connected, and understand what keeps them stuck. Many are navigating transitions, parenting stress, or emotional distance and want tools to repair and rebuild closeness with compassion and clarity.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work centers on helping couples and individuals understand the patterns that keep them disconnected and learn how to communicate with more clarity, empathy, and safety. I believe change happens when we slow down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface — the emotions, needs, and fears that drive our reactions. Sessions with me are collaborative and grounding, offering both insight and practical tools to help you feel more secure and connected in your relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we’re wired for connection, and that most conflict stems from disconnection — from ourselves and from those we love. I see therapy as a place to slow down, get curious, and bring compassion to the parts of us that protect, withdraw, or react. Change doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from understanding ourselves. I hold a deep respect for each person’s story and believe healing happens in safe, attuned relationships where you feel seen, accepted, and understood.
