About My Clients
I understand that engaging in therapy, especially if it's the first time, can feel intimidating. You've taken the first step by being here, on this page, and I'd like to introduce myself to help you feel a little more comfortable. I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over 16 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults having trouble with adjustment, stress management, depression, relationships, and more.
My Background and Approach
I have experience in many areas, including but not limited to Anger Management, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Stress, ADD/ADHD, Family Issues, Trauma, PTSD, and Depression. Therapy is not one size fits all. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to CBT, Solution Focused, Strength-Based, and Motivational Interviewing. Using a client-centered approach, I will work to build a trusting relationship, where you can feel comfortable sharing and working on your goals together.
