About My Clients
I specialize in working with queer and trans individuals and couples. I provide a non-judgmental space for clients to explore the impact of past experiences, identify ongoing challenges, and imagine new opportunities. I enjoy working with tarot, imagery, and astrology as tools for transformation and deepening self awareness.
My Background and Approach
I work collaboratively to co-create treatment goals, and recognize my clients as experts of their own experience. I draw from psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness techniques and use a holistic approach to tailor my work to the specific needs of each client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from an anti-oppression framework, and believe we cannot fully explore issues impacting an individual without honoring and acknowledging the cultural systems we are a part of. In addition to my clinical experience, I have a background in social justice organizing, reproductive justice and advocacy for queer and trans youth.
