About My Clients
Clients who work with me are usually navigating whether or not they would like to become parents, working on family of origin behavioral patterns in preparation for parenthood, managing prenatal and postpartum depression and/or anxiety as well as seeking support in parenting skills for their young children. I also support clients with infertility and pregnancy losses/terminations for any reason. Through our work together, clients report feeling more relaxed and confident in themselves.
My Background and Approach
I work from a humanistic lens and believe clients are able to cultivate the changes they are wanting to experience. I have postgraduate training in Maternal Mental Health, Infant-Parent Mental Health, Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Awareness Practices and CBT.
